Leaders UD Almería take a break after hectic competition week
The squad members are training on the Anexo ground and will have a day off this Tuesday after playing three games in seven days. Wednesday, back to training. Luis Suárez, available for selection and Marezi does some ball work on the pitch
Current LaLiga Hypermotion leaders UD Almería have had training after last Sunday's game against SD Huesca. This Tuesday, they will have a break after three matches played in seven days. They had to combine the league and the Spanish Cup over the past week.
On Wednesday, the team resume training with a new morning session to be conducted on the Anexo training base. It will be time to focus on Albacete Balompié, who will be visited next Sunday at the Carlos Belmonte stadium in a very tough game because the team from Castilla La Mancha have only lost one game of the last eight and have placed themselves in a comfortable position in the standings. The next opponents are going through a good patch in the season, just now that they are going to face the Rojiblancos.
UD Almería are now on a 14-game unbeaten streak and remain league leaders although the table is tight at the top. Luis Suárez will be available again after serving a one-game suspension, while Marezi has begun to do some ball work on the pitch. Gui Guedes, Baba and Rachad, who underwent surgery in recent weeks, will surely miss out.
