UD Almería U19 'A' face tough trip to Sevilla FC U19 after loss to Betis

Rafilla's side seeks redemption against second-placed Sevilla FC U19s following first defeat of the season

UD Almería U19s 'A' will look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season when they visit second-placed Sevilla FC U19s this Sunday at 12:30pm at the Ramón Cisneros Sports Complex. The Academy side led by head coach Rafilla, is entering a challenging period in the 2025/26 season, having recently suffered a narrow 2-1 loss to league table-toppers Real Betis Balompié U19s.

Despite being reduced to 10 men, the young Rojiblancos came close to securing a point and will be aiming to cause another upset against Sevilla FC U19s, a match that will be available for viewing via pay-per-view on the Seville-based club's official channels.

In a busy weekend for UD Almería's youth teams, the U19s 'B' will take on UD Pavía in an Almería derby at La Cañada on Saturday at 5pm. Both teams are near the top of the standings, making this a highly anticipated clash.

At the Los Pinos facilities in El Alquián, the two U16 teams, both U14 teams and the U12s 'B' will be in action.
