UD Almería has officially unveiled its new home kit for the 2026/27 season, a jersey that proudly places the Indalo, the emblem that represents the entire province of Almería, at the heart of its design.

Manufactured by Macron, the jersey retains the Club’s iconic red and white vertical stripes, reinterpreted with a hand-painted effect inspired by the prehistoric cave paintings of the Cueva de los Letreros, where the Indalo was first discovered. As one of the most recognisable symbols of the province, the Club has woven the Indalo into the fabric’s graphic pattern, turning the shirt into a tribute to UD Almería’s history and identity.

Under the slogan 'El Indalo brilla en la piel de aquellos que nunca se rinden' (The Indalo shines on the skin of those who never give up), the launch video highlights everything this timeless symbol has represented for generations of people born in Almería. To mark the occasion, renowned urban artist Moxaico has created a large-scale mural at the UD Almería Stadium, featuring a realistic depiction of the new home shirt surrounded by cave art-inspired motifs alongside contemporary elements. 

The artwork conveys a powerful message: while art and times evolve, tradition and identity remain. As the launch film states: 'Las paredes han cambiado pero no la necesidad de defender lo nuestro' (The walls have changed, but not the need to defend what is ours).

The attention to detail is evident throughout the design. The red and white stripes feature a brushstroke-inspired finish, while the Indalo motif is repeated across the front, sleeves and back of the shirt. On the reverse, the stripes are interrupted by a white panel, while maintaining the Indalo pattern, providing space for player names and numbers, which will appear in red lettering.

The 2026/27 home kit is completed with red shorts and white socks. The new kit is now available from the Club’s official stores at the UD Almería Stadium and through the Club’s online shop at www.udalmeriastore.com

Designed with a Slim Fit cut, the shirt is made from Eco Softlock, a technical fabric developed specifically for matchwear that combines lightness, softness and exceptional durability. An Eco Baimi back panel and Eco Mesh inserts ensure maximum breathability and optimum on-pitch performance.

As with all Macron products, the new UD Almería kit also reflects the Club’s commitment to sustainability. The entire garment is manufactured using 100% recycled polyester, reinforcing a shared commitment to environmental responsibility.
