Marc Pubill honoured for Olympic gold medal

UD Almería right-back Marc Pubill was honoured by the Club as he struck gold with the Spain football men's national team in the recent Paris 2024 Olympic Games. It was the first home game after the Parisian international event and UD Almería took advantage of it to publicly recognise the great achievement of the 21-year-old right-back.
UD Almería Managing Director Mohamed El Assy presented Marc Pubill, who was proudly wearing the gold medal, with a commemorative plaque. The Olympic-winning player received a standing ovation from the almost 13,000 fans who gathered at the stadium.
