UD Almería and Íñigo Eguaras agree to terminate his deal

The Navarra native midfielder, whose contract was meant to expire in June 2024, will no longer be a Rojiblanco. He has played 40 matches in the red and white jersey

UD Almería and Íñigo Eguaras have reached an agreement to terminate his contract that that was meant to expire in June 2024, so the Navarra native midfielder will no longer be a Rojiblanco after a season and a half and 40 games played. 
 
Íñigo Eguaras arrived at UD Almería in the winter transfer window of the 2021/22 campaign from Real Zaragoza. In that term, the promotion to Primera Division was achieved and he played a total of 14 league games. Last season, in the top tier of Spanish football, he was lined up 25 times, in addition to also featuring in the Copa del Rey tournament. Until now, the 31-year-old was training with the first team under the guidelines of head coach Vicente Moreno, although he has not played any of the games that have been held so far in the LaLiga EA Sports.
