UD Almería join agreement to standardise conditions for away seating

15 LaLiga EA SPORTS clubs support the initiative to guarantee the sale of a minimum of 300 seats per football match at a maximum price of 30€ on trips

Fifteen LaLiga EA SPORTS clubs have signed an agreement to standardise conditions for away seating. It is an initiative launched by LaLiga that establishes the sale of a minimum of 300 seats in each match to season-ticket holders and supporters of the visiting club at a maximum price of 30€

These top-flight clubs are Athletic Club de Bilbao, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Sevilla FC, Real Betis, Cádiz CF, RCD Mallorca, Valencia CF, Deportivo Alavés, Girona FC, Real Sociedad, Granada CF, UD Las Palmas, Getafe CF and UD Almería.

LaLiga has been working jointly with Aficiones Unidas for 13 seasons. The 'Turismo Deportivo' (Sports Tourism) project aims to promote fan travel and create a great experience that includes tourism, gastronomy and culture around a football match.

LaLiga CEO Óscar Mayo expressed his enthusiasm about this initiative: 'We're proud that we can offer this experience for the travelling fans with such an agreement. Promoting sports tourism is one of the main motivations of LaLiga. Today, there are 15 clubs, hopefully there will be 20 in the future.'

Also, UD Almería Managing Director Mohamed El Assy highlighted: 'We value this LaLiga initiative very positively. We've joined since we believe it's really advantageous to the UD Almería fans. Our Club will always be open to collaborating with LaLiga and Aficiones Unidas.'
