UD Almería to refund supporters who did not return to Cádiz
Ticket refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the match at the Nuevo Mirandilla stadium
UD Almería will proceed to refund the ticket money for the match against Cádiz CF to those supporters who purchased their tickets at the time but, following the postponement of the game, did not attend the rescheduled fixture at the Nuevo Mirandilla Stadium.
As a reminder, the match was originally scheduled for Saturday, 7 February with a 9pm kick-off, but it was suspended at around 3pm due to adverse weather conditions. The decision was taken by the Junta de Andalucía Government, which informed LaLiga that the game should not be played.
By that point, UD Almería supporters were already on the road or had arrived in Cádiz, as had the squad, who received the news at the team hotel in the Andalusian city. Minutes later, it was officially announced that the match would be played on Sunday, 8 February at 4:15pm (CET).
Most of the supporters returned to Almería city on the chartered coaches, the cost of which was covered by the Club. In the early hours of Sunday morning, some of those fans travelled back to Cádiz to support the team.
Ticket refunds will be issued via the same payment method used by each supporter when purchasing their ticket. There is a detailed list of ticket buyers, which also records which individuals did or did not enter the stands at the Nuevo Mirandilla Stadium.
