UD Almería aim to match their best winning run

UD Almería have been putting in the work behind closed doors at the Anexo training ground as they gear up for Saturday’s encounter with Córdoba CF.

It was in late October when Rubi’s men edged past CD Castellón (1-0) on Matchday 11 of LaLiga Hypermotion. They followed that up with victories over SD Eibar (3-1) and Cádiz CF (3-0), before rounding off a superb run with a commanding 3-0 win away against CD Leganés at the Butarque stadium.

Those 4 consecutive triumphs remain UD Almería’s best streak of the campaign so far. Notably, 3 of those matches were played at the UD Almería Stadium, where they made home advantage count with a perfect record.

Now, with another home fixture on the horizon, the Andalusian side have the chance to repeat that winning sequence in front of their own fans.
