UD Almería call on fans support

The LaLiga Hypermotion countdown has begun, and the Rojiblancos, along with SD Huesca, have played the most home games, with 18 points at stake at the UDA Stadium

Football is a collection of clichés that despite being commonplace, are no less accurate. And the influence that the 12th Man has on the sport is a fact. This Saturday, the LaLiga Hypermotion countdown begins with its final ten matches, and the utmost importance of home games will not be the same for all clubs.

There are top 7 teams with UD Almería and SD Huesca being the ones who have played more home fixtures than their other direct rivals. And the first test for UD Almería couldn't be more crucial: the current leaders. The fans could—conditionally—tip the balance.

UD Almería will have 6 home games and 4 away matches ahead, just like SD Huesca. Levante UD and Racing de Santander, on the other hand, will have the same number of home and away matches, while CD Mirandés and Elche CF will play more away matches (6) than at home (4).

The advantage of the home crowd, therefore, will be crucial to show their backing in the final battles at the end of the competition.

Rubi's team are trailing on points, so they will have to make the most of their role as hosts, a team that have only conceded one game this season. It has to be the player who ignites the magical nights, and the UDA fans who explode with joy in a Stadium that when it shines, dazzles. The edge, retaining the points at the Rojiblancos' home, won't be so far away. At home, the host apply the rules.
