UD Almería to present 6 new signings and new mascot this Friday

Open-to-the-public event at the UD Almería Stadium at 8:30pm with gifts and an autograph session

UD Almería will hold an event at the Stadium this Friday as a prelude to their league opener next Monday against CD Eldense. The Club will jointly present the 6 summer signings made so far, as well as new mascot Urci. The open-to-the-public event will begin at 8:30pm and will be open to the public.

Fans must enter the sports complex through the main entrance and then use Gate 2 to access the stands. Only the grandstand will be open to supporters, with Stadium access available from 8pm.

The Club will set up a small stage outside the dressing rooms, next to the dugouts, where the new faces in the squad will be introduced one by one. They are centre-backs Jorge Pulido and Andrej Popović, midfielders Mikel Vesga and Quim Junyent, and wingers Alex Sola and Brian Cipenga.

Before the players are presented, the Club will also unveil their new mascot, a fox named Urci, who will be present on Monday for the opening league match against CD Eldense.

After the official presentation, the players will throw gifts into the stands for the supporters attending the event and will then sign autographs.

The event will provide a first taste of the excitement ahead of UD Almería's league opener.
