UD Almería do not trust the state of Espanyol de Barcelona

The Rojiblancos continue with their preparation for Sunday's clash against a team that have fought well in the final stretch of league

UD Almería continue with their preparation for the big final on Sunday against RCD Espanyol de Barcelona at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona where the Rojiblancos will have the league survival at stake. As it is already known, the rivals have officially been relegated on the previous Matchday, but the Indálicos do not trust the opponents' state at all. In fact, everyone in the squad is very clear that Espanyol will go all out to say goodbye to the season and the top tier of Spanish football dedicating a victory to their fans.

In addition it is worth taking into account the results obtained by the hosts in the final stretch because after a losing sequence of games, they beat Getafe CF; they were edged out at the Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium in the minute 89 after leading; they fell defeated to FC Barcelona; added the three points in Vallecas, and tied with Atlético de Madrid, after equalising a 0-3, and against Valencia CF after going ahead 1-2. In the 90'+3 two decisive points were dropped, which unfortunately condemned them to relegation. These results show that the team competed fiercely. As a result, the same fighting spirit is what UD Almería expects from them.

The Rojiblancos continue training behind closed doors at the Power Horse Stadium, where head coach Rubi coaches his players with the tactics that they will display in Barcelona.
