UD Almería back vocational training initiative in Andalusia

The Club Rojiblanco joins 6 historic Andalusian sides in agreement to promote and strengthen FP Programmes

UD Almería have demonstrated their commitment to youth development beyond the pitch by joining 6 other historic Andalusian football clubs in signing a collaboration agreement to support Vocational Training (FP) across the region.

The agreement was formalised on Tuesday by María del Carmen Castillo, the Andalusian Regional Government’s Minister of Educational Development and Vocational Training, alongside representatives from UD Almería, Cádiz CF, Córdoba CF, Granada CF, Real Recreativo de Huelva, Real Jaén and Málaga CF.

As the Minister noted, the partnership will enable clubs to take on vocational training students as interns, helping them enhance their skills and gain valuable professional experience.

The signing ceremony took place in Seville, where UD Almería were represented by the Club’s financial director, Rosa Mar Barea and protocol director Amalia Salvador.
