UD Almería Women set to play rescheduled clash against CD PFC Málaga
The fixture, postponed on 8 February due to adverse weather conditions, will kick off on Sunday at 12 noon at the Emilio Campra Youth Stadium
UD Almería Women will return to action this Sunday, 1 March, at 12 noon at the Emilio Campra Youth Stadium, where they will face CD PFC Málaga Women in the rescheduled match originally called off on 8 February because of severe weather. The encounter will bring the Rojiblancas up to date in Group IX of the Tercera Federación campaign.
Although this weekend had initially been set aside as a break in the league calendar, the postponed Matchday 16 fixtures will now be played. The UD Almería girls, who sit comfortably at the top of the table, will look to extend their impressive run of form that has established them as the strongest side across the two Andalusian groups in the division and therefore the region’s leading contender for the promotion play-offs to the Segunda Federación.
With 6 matches to go, the objective is drawing ever closer for the Indálicas, who are determined to maintain their momentum at this crucial stage of the season.
