The Rojiblancos will begin the 2026/27 season at the UD Almería Stadium on the weekend of 15–16 August following the release of the official fixture list
UD Almería will begin the 2026/27 LaLiga Hypermotion campaign at home to CD Eldense after the official fixture list was unveiled on Tuesday in Madrid.
The visitors are one of four clubs promoted from third-tier Primera RFEF, alongside CD Tenerife, CE Sabadell and Celta Fortuna. CD Eldense return to professional football just one year after their relegation on 25 May 2025.
The two sides met last season in the Spanish Cup second-round, when CD Eldense came from behind to claim a 2-1 victory after the Rojiblancos had taken an early lead.
The new league season gets underway on the weekend of 15–16 August, with UD Almería Stadium hosting the opening fixture of the Rojiblancos' campaign.
UD Almería will also conclude the regular season on home soil, welcoming RCD Mallorca on the final Matchday. The Islanders are one of the clubs relegated from LaLiga EA Sports, together with Girona FC and Real Oviedo, and are expected to be among the favourites for an immediate return to the top flight.
The 2026/27 fixture list also includes a designated Retro Matchday. On Matchday 34, scheduled for 11 April, UD Almería will host CD Tenerife at the UD Almería Stadium.
