UD Almería Women wrap up pre-season schedule ahead of new campaign

UD Almería Women are nearing the end of their pre-season preparations, which officially began on 5 August. The team are still awaiting confirmation of which group they will be placed in for the upcoming league campaign. In the meantime, the squad, under the guidance of the Club's Foundation, have finalised a series of friendly matches to fine-tune their readiness for the new season.

The Rojiblancas will begin their final round of pre-season fixtures with a visit to Málaga CF Women, a top-tier side, on Sunday, 24 August, at the Málaga Sports Complex. They will then face Pavía in Pechina on Thursday, 28 August, followed by a return clash against Melilla on 2 September. On 6 September, they will host Real Murcia Women at home before wrapping up their pre-season with a match against Armilla at the Emilio Campra Youth Stadium on 13 September.

The official league season is expected to begin on the weekend of 20-21 September, with UD Almería Women once again competing in the Tercera RFEF women's tier. As in the previous season, their primary objective will be to challenge for promotion.
