UD Almería are to round off the first week of pre-season with a double training session on Saturday, bringing the opening phase of preparations to a close. After a well-earned rest day on Sunday, the Rojiblancos will return to work next Monday morning as preparations step up ahead of the Club's first pre-season friendly.

The Rojiblancos will resume training at 9:30am on Monday, increasing the intensity after their initial week of work. Attention will then turn to next Saturday's friendly against Águilas FC, which kicks off at 8pm at El Rubial stadium and will provide the team's first test of the summer.

Another boost for the squad will come on Tuesday with the arrival of Quim Junyent, who is set to join the group as pre-season preparations continue.
