UD Almería will wrap up pre-season against Marbella FC
The Rojiblancos play at 7:30pm (Spanish Time) this Saturday the 8th and final friendly that will take place behind closed doors at the Anexo UD Almería Stadium. It will be broadcast on the Club's Twitch channel and UDA Radio
UD Almería wrap up the 2024/25 pre-season this Saturday with the 8th friendly match against third-tier Primera RFEF side Marbella FC at the Anexo UD Almería Stadium. The Andalusian meeting will be held behind closed doors due to the characteristics of the facility, such as reduced capacity, having other parallel activities.
The Club's Twitch channel and the official radio station, UDA Radio will broadcast it live. The opponents are making spectacular progress. Two seasons ago, the Marbellís played with its 'B' team in the fifth-tier Tercera RFEF and after two consecutive promotions, they have made it to the bronze tier of Spanish football. They are a powerful squad, even with talented footballers with the likes of Callejón, who was a Real Madrid CF, Fiorentina and Naples player...
The UD Almería pre-season games are essentially a chance for the players to get a runout, build their fitness and showcase some of the younger players from the 'B' team. This will be the last pre-season friendly this summer. Previously, Rubi's side have faced Granada CF, Benfica, Málaga CF, Al-Sadd SC, FC Algeciras, FC Cartagena and Al-Nassr FC.
