The Indálicos trained at the UDA Stadium with the entire squad available for a behind-closed-doors session, as the coaching staff looked for a reaction from the players. Not because the last result was a negative one but because both in Tenerife and Sabadell, the team showed a different version of themselves compared to their home performances. Now, following another victory at the UDA Stadium, the challenge is to head to Córdoba CF's Nuevo Arcángel stadium and compete at at least the same level they have shown at home so far.

What's done is done and, although every season brings a new story, the Nuevo Arcángel stadium has been a happy hunting ground for UD Almería. 14 Andalusian derbies have been played between Córdoba CF and UD Almería, with the Rojiblancos winning 7 of them.

The, once again, huge travelling support will be another factor in the push for 3 points, with more than 500 UD Almería travelling fans set to make the trip and cheer the team on in search of their first away win of the 2026/27 season. 

UD Almería will continue training right up until Saturday, when they will hold a morning session before travelling in the afternoon.
