UD Almería 'B' to go all out for a W in Torremolinos

The 'B' team boys, who on the last Matchday got out of the promotion play-off spots, visit the second-placed team this Saturday for a 5pm kick-off with the obligation to surprise them and grab the 3 points

There are only 3 league matches left in Group 4 of the Segunda RFEF and UD Almería 'B' are ready to go all out for a W in a bid to qualify for the promotion play-offs.

Throughout the season, Alberto Lasarte's youth side have been among the top-five in the standings. Now, in the final stretch and as they prepare to visit second-placed Juventud de Torremolinos, they have surrendered their VIP position after losing at home last Sunday.

'We're disappointed because we have achieved very little in recent matches when our vibes have been good, but at the same time we're also excited to be able to pull off the feat and compete in the play-offs,' said UD Almería 'B' gaffer Alberto Lasarte to UDA Radio, the club'sy official radio station.

For the 'B' team's head coach, his team must win all 3 remaining matches if they want to qualify for the promotion play-offs, and the first of these is against Juventud de Torremolinos this Saturday at 5pm.

'We're going to a very difficult pitch to play against powerful adversaries, although it's also true that they've lost their last two matches and conceded goals... we'll see what happens,' concluded Mr Lasarte.
