UD Almería B to go all out for first away triumph
The Academy graduates visit CD Rincón on Sunday for a 12:15pm kick-off with the aim of continuing climbing up positions in the table
UD Almería 'B' are eager to keep up the good work and try to achieve their first victory away from home in a bid to continue climbing up positions in the table. They will have to beat 17th-placed CD Rincón, who are in the relegation zone on 3 points. The opponents have not registered a victory yet this campaign and they are the second side that concedes the most goals within Group IX in the Tercera RFEF tier.
Despite the next adversaries' situation, the youthful Rojiblancos do not feel 100% confident as they are well aware that they will have to face a tough assignment away from home. After the last victory over UD Maracena, they have reached a higher position in the standings (7th) with nine points in the bag and only one defeat experienced in their six games played so far.
A new victory for Alberto Lasarte's side, depending on other teams' results, could place the Indálicos in the play-off zone, which is their main objective. In addition, UD Almería 'B' have a superior head-to-head record with 3 wins and a draw in the four times they have seen each other's faces in action.
The match will be played at 12:15pm local time on Sunday at the Francisco Municipal stadium Romero, located in the Málaga-based town of Rincón de la Victoria.
