The Rijiblancos travel to the Nuevo Los Cármenes Stadium on Wednesday (KO 8pm CEST) to face fellow LaLiga Hypermotion outfit Granada CF
UD Almería head into the third week of pre-season preparations with their second friendly of the summer scheduled for this Wednesday, exactly 21 days after returning to training. García Pimienta's side travel to Granada to take on a team they will meet again in just a few weeks' time in the 2026/27 campaign.
The Indálicos trained on Tuesday and will complete a final tactical session in the morning of the match before making the trip to Granada city. Kick-off at the Nuevo Los Cármenes Stadium is set for 8pm Spanish Time, offering another opportunity to see the team continue its preparations for the new season.
There will be little time to rest, with another high-profile pre-season fixture already lined up for this week. UD Almería will take on Real Betis on Saturday (KO 8pm Spanish Time) at the Ciudad de La Línea stadium in what will be the team's third friendly of the summer.
Meanwhile, Brian Cipenga has trained normally with his new team-mates after linking up with the squad following his recent international commitments at the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
