UD Almería get ready for a big push on Monday

The Rojiblancos, who host Racing Club Ferrol with the obligation to secure all three points, will play knowing the result of their direct rivals in the race for promotion. The squad is about to complete preparations

UD Almería are about to complete their preparations for Monday's game (KO 8:30pm Spanish Time) against Racing Club Ferrol at the UD Almería Stadium. It's been a long, very long week for the squad, who will face this important match 10 days after the defeat in Castellón.

The team's situation in the league table allows for no further setbacks, and UD Almería must win in order to stay alive in the race for promotion to Primera. The Indálicos, moreover, will play knowing what their direct rivals have done over the weekend.

It's been a very long week with up to 6 training sessions and this Friday, the pace was eased off a bit to give the players a break, although they continued to train hard. The monotony was broken for a few moments by playing footvolleyball, with which the players also worked hard, which is very significant.

Léo Baptistão already said on the Club's official radio station: 'We're all feeling positive,' and that's noticeable every day. This Saturday and Sunday, at the Stadium and behind closed doors, UD Almería will once again increase their workload to complete their preparations in order to try to secure a crucial and necessary victory on Monday.
