UD Almería's pre-season begins on 13 July

Newly-appointed head coach García Pimienta, who arrives with 4 members of his coaching staff, has revealed some details of the team's preparations for the league season. The squad will hold a training camp in Marbella from 31 July to 7 August

UD Almería's pre-season will begin on Monday, 13 July, as announced by the Club's new head coach, García Pimienta. The players are due back in Almería on the evening of 12 July, bringing their 3-week summer break to an end following the promotion play-offs to the top division.

The Rijiblancos will have just over a month to prepare before opening their LaLiga Hypermotion campaign at home against CD Eldense on 15 or 16 August.

The opening days of pre-season will be devoted to medicals, after which training sessions will begin in Almería and continue there until the end of July. This year's training camp in Marbella will take place from 31 July to 7 August, ending roughly a week before the start of the competitive season.
