Edgar González named in UD Almería squad again
The central defender, who did not feature against Villarreal CF last Sunday, has now recovered from his knee injury
Edgar González is available again and has been named in the UD Almería squad list against Getafe CF. Both top-tier sides will be locking horns at 4:15pm (Spanish Time) at the Power Horse Stadium (Matchday 33 LaLiga EA Sports). The league meeting, the second in a row at home, represents a new opportunity to achieve the first victory of the season at home for the Indálicos.
In addition, a win can delay mathematically relegation to Spanish second-tier LaLiga Hypermotion depending on other results. A victory means that the fight for survival goes on for another week. The squad had a final training session this Friday on the same stage of the game. The footballers are having a team get-together this evening waiting for this Saturday's match.
Head coach Pepe Mel will not be able to count on, as in previous weeks, injured players Radovanović and Luis Suárez nor with Melero, due to suspension, although he already fulfills the fourth game ban. Ramazani, will also miss out on the involvement in the game since he has been suspended for five games.
