Edgar begins to do ball work on the pitch

The Rojiblanco, who was sidelined against CD Eldense due to muscle discomfort, is improving in his physical fitness, but he is still on the road to full recovery. Bruno Langa heads to Almería after playing his second game as a starter with his home country's team

UD Almería are back in training after being off duty last Tuesday with the presence of Edgar González on the Anexo pitch, although exercising alone. The Catalan footballer was sidelined in Elda on the last Matchday due to some muscle discomfort and although he is improving in his physical fitness, he continues his road to full recovery. In addition, Gui Guedes was in the medical room with the physiotherapists as he took a knock to the ribs.

On the other hand, Bruno Langa, who played his second consecutive match last Tuesday as a starter for Mozambique in the qualifying phase for the Africa Cup, has already headed to Almería after international duty.

As for the training session, UD Almería are now looking towards the next LaLiga Hypermotion fixture, which will be held on Monday against CD Castellón at home, where the Rojiblancos want to achieve their first victory. The Rojiblancos have only played one match at home, against Sporting de Gijón, which ended in a draw. The other three league games were played away from home: one draw (Racing de Santander), a victory (CD Tenerife) and a defeat (C Eldense) last Sunday.

Now, the squad are eager to redeem themselves for this last score, although their rivals, who have just lost 1-3 to Cádiz CF will also go all out for a win.
