UD Almería continue shaping their squad ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, which gets underway on Monday, 17 August, with a home fixture
Edgar and Perović have both left UD Almería, with the first joining Sabadell FC on a season-long loan and Perović completing a permanent transfer to Polish club Raków Częstochowa.
Neither player travelled with the squad to the pre-season training camp in Marbella as their respective departures were being finalised. However, both continued training with the team after reporting for pre-season and completing their medicals.
As confirmed by the Club, Edgar will spend the 2026/27 season on loan at Sabadell FC, who will also be one of UD Almería's opponents in LaLiga Hypermotion.
Perović, who spent last season on loan with Atlético de Madrid 'B', had attracted interest from several clubs before sealing his move to Polish side Raków Częstochowa.
UD Almería would like to thank both players for their professionalism and commitment and wish them every success in the next chapter of their footballing careers.
