A 20-man UD Almería squad have been named for the match against CD Tenerife this Sunday at 9:30pm Spanish Time at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium.
Head coach Xavier García Pimienta has already encountered some injury and suspension setbacks. In addition to Thalys, who is serving a 4-match suspension, Gui Guedes is also unavailable after undergoing surgery for a meniscus injury.
Goalkeeper Aron Yaakobishvili, defender Nelson Monte and midfielder Sergio Arribas are also unavailable for UD Almería’s first away trip of the season.
The Rojiblancos completed a final training session on Saturday morning before travelling to Tenerife by charter flight in the afternoon.
