Driven by our sense of social and humanitarian responsibility, and by our firm belief in the importance of solidarity and standing alongside every member of the football community, particularly in such difficult times, UD Almería, at the initiative of their President, Mr Mohammed Al Khereiji, have decided to donate all proceeds from ticket sales for its home fixture against CD Tenerife, corresponding to Matchday 34, to support the family of Jesús de Miguel, the footballer who tragically passed away last Tuesday.

We are fully aware that nothing can ever make up for the loss of a loved one, and that no form of support, whether financial or emotional, can ease the pain caused by such a tragedy. Nevertheless, we firmly believe that football extends far beyond the boundaries of the pitch, and that compassion, solidarity and mutual support in difficult times are among the most important values that unite the football family.

As part of this initiative, UD Almería would also like to extend a heartfelt invitation to the player's family to attend the match, should their circumstances allow, as a gesture of our sincere support and solidarity during this incredibly difficult time.
