César Montes ruled out as the Mexican centre-back is injured
The unforeseen events and setbacks do not stop even on the last Matchday. Ramazani, after serving a five-match ban, is available for selection again, while Baba is still recovering
César Montes was injured in the last training session prior to Saturday's final match against Cádiz CF and has been ruled out for the fixture. The central defender suffer from adductor discomfort in his right leg. For this reason, the head coach Pepe Mel has had to turn, once again, to the UDA 'B' team and has called up youngster Paco Sanz to the squad in order not to lack centre-backs. It must be taken into account that Radovanović has just shaken off a severe injury. The setbacks and unforeseen events do not stop even on the last Matchday for the Rojiblancos. In addition to the Academy footballer, Lopy is available again after recovering from a muscle issue, but without a doubt the great news in the team roster is Largie Ramazani as the Belgian has already served the five-game ban. Baba, who underwent appendicitis surgery, will miss out on the involvement in the last fixture of the 2023/24 season.
Furthermore, both Marcos Peña and Marezi, who are training regularly with the first team, continue to play for UD Almería 'B' and compete in the play-offs for promotion to Segunda RFEF.
UD Almería have completed a final training session ahead of the Amarillo team's visit to the Power Horse Stadium. This Saturday at noon, the Indálicos will be focused on waiting to face the last game of the campaign.
