Easter Football returns with UD Almería Camp

Registration now open for the three-day football camp from 30 March to 1 April for boys and girls aged 5-15

The UD Almería Foundation is preparing a new Easter Football Camp, which will take place from Monday, 30 March to Wednesday, 1 April. 3 days full of activity await boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 15, with registration now open at campus.udalmeria.org.

The football camp will be held at the Constantino Cortés Fortes ground at the Los Molinos Sports Complex and will run each day from 9am to 1pm. During that time, participants will take part in training sessions focused on either introduction to the game or skill development, depending on their age and footballing level. Depending on the number of participants, there may also be specific goalkeeper training groups, as well as a dedicated girls’ group.

As per usual, coaching will be delivered by UD Almería Academy and Foundation staff. In addition, first-team players will visit the camp so that the children can meet them, ask questions about football and sport in general, take photos and enjoy a memorable experience.

The football camp will not focus solely on football and technical improvement. The Club will also use the opportunity to promote healthy habits and fair play, ensuring a well-rounded sporting education.

The price is €120 and each participant will receive an official Macron kit, the brand that outfits UD Almería’s teams, as well as a healthy brekkie each day to recharge during the activity.

As mentioned, Academy and Foundation coaches will oversee the training sessions and depending on their level, participants may even be identified as potential additions to the Club’s Youth Academy.
