CaixaBank renews sponsorship with UD Almería until 2027
The official sponsor and financial partner extends partnership with exclusive benefits for UDA fans and players
CaixaBank has renewed its partnership as the official sponsor and financial partner of UD Almería, extending the agreement until the end of the 2026/27 season. The deal was signed by CaixaBank's regional director for Andalusia Juan Ignacio Zafra and UD Almería CEO Mohamed El Assy at the Club’s Stadium.
As part of the agreement, CaixaBank will offer UDA season-ticket holders, members and fans exclusive bank cards featuring the Club’s colours and crest. These season cards will also provide benefits such as access to special fan events, including customer matches at the Club’s facilities. Additionally, CaixaBank will host financial literacy workshops for the first-team players and coaching staff to help them manage their finances.
Both CaixaBank and UD Almería are launching a campaign from 24 November to 14 December, encouraging new customers to sign up and earn up to €100 cashback with card purchases. The bank’s sponsorship also includes hospitality packages, branding rights, and opportunities for social initiatives with local organisations, underscoring CaixaBank’s commitment to the community.
CaixaBank has a strong presence in Spanish football, sponsoring 13 teams in both the top and second divisions, as well as 9 teams in the women’s Primera Division. This sponsorship aligns with the bank's values of leadership, teamwork and community support, while fostering a deeper connection between the Club and its fans.
