Bruno Langa joins UD Almería on loan deal to replace Akieme

The 26-year-old left-back was playing for top-tier Liga Portugal side GD Chaves. He recently played in the African Cup of Nations with the Mozambique squad. He moves on loan with an option-to-buy clause in his contract

Bruno Langa is another of UD Almería's additions in this January transfer window. He is the fourth recruit after the arrival of Radovanović, Luka Romero and Choco Lozano. The Mozambican comes to replace Sergio Akieme, who has been transferred to French top-tier Ligue 1 side Stade de Reims.

The Mozambique international, who has just played the African Cup of Nations with his home country, was active in the top-tier Liga Portugal side with GD Chaves. The brand-new signing has carved out an extensive football career on the left wing, and in fact in his parent club has also come to play in front of the full-back, his most usual position because he has also been lined up in the centre given his versatility.

Bruno Alberto Langa has played 79 games for GD Chaves, which he joined during the 2021/22 season. The Mozambique native is 26 years old and he is 1.78 metres tall.
