Bruno Iribarne extends deal until June 2029
The Almería-born 20-year-old goalkeeper was out of contract and has commited his future to UD Almería for 4 more seasons
UD Almería goalkeeper Bruno Iribarne has extended his deal with the Club for 4 more seasons until June 2029. The 20-year-old goalie's contract with the Club expired on 30 June, but the goal of both parties was to renew the goalkeeper's deal, which has been agreed upon.
Bruno Iribarne was part of the UD Almería first team last season and also played for UD Almería 'B' in the second tier when he was not called up by Rubi. He played 17 matches for UD Almería and even made his first-team debut in the Spanish Cup in the tournament's opening tie between the Indálicos and UD San Sebastián de los Reyes.
The Almería-born keeper trained at UD Almería before signing for Real Madrid CF in the youth ranks. After several campaigns with Real Madrid CF, he returned to his hometown club in the 2022/23 season to play for the U19s side, where he finished Spanish Cup runners-up.
The following season (2023/24), Bruno played for the UD Almería second team achieving another success with a long-awaited promotion to the Segunda RFEF division. Bruno Iribarne has been a Spanish youth international, participating in the 2023 European Championship with the U19s team.
