Brian Rodríguez kitted out in red and white colours

The last signing made in the January transfer window joins training

Brian Rodríguez, the last signing made by UD Almería in the last January transfer window, has been kitted out in red and white colours as a Rojiblanco to join training under the watch of José Gomes. The 20-year-old winger, who is a highly-rated regular Uruguay international, has met his new team-mates and has exercised normally. In fact, as the Uruguayan player has reported, he arrives fit and well willing to make his debut when the head coach deems it appropriate.

As for the transfer ins and outs, the three new signings are now in place, such as the Portuguese centre-back Ivanildo Fernandes, who arrived at the beginning of the transfer window; Brazilian forward Guilherme Schettine, who did it last Thursday starting a place against Fuenlabrada, and now Brian Rodríguez.

Some other first-team players are off to a new chapter. Peybernes left on loan to Real Zaragoza and Arvin Appiah to CD Lugo, while Olivera has joined Almeria ‘B’. In addition, Pedro Mendes said his goodbyes and returned to his parent club and Aguza has completed a loan switch from FC Cartagena to SD Ponferradina.
