Back on home ground before welcoming UD Las Palmas

The Rojiblancos will go all out for another home win to remain top of the league and will be working behind closed doors this Thursday and Friday

The UD Almería players are back on home ground for training ahead of Saturday’s home match against UD Las Palmas (Matchday 9/ kick-off 6:15pm).

After arriving from Girona last Tuesday, where the Rojiblancos achieved a remarkable triumph, the players have exercised this Wednesday evening to begin preparing for Saturday's league appointment with the firm intention of keeping their great home form -UD Almeria won the 3 previous matches on home turf against Real Oviedo, Malaga CF and CD Tenerife- and remaining LaLiga SmartBank table-toppers after last Monday’s away victory.

A fresh update on the fitness of Rubi’s squad ahead of game against the islanders: Aitor Buñuel, who is recovering from his knee injury, will be the only unavailable player. Ramazani was doing some specific recovery workouts on the sidelines as a precaution this Wednesday. The Belgian attacker is going to join the squad as normal in Thursday and Friday training sessions, which will take place behind closed doors at the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium.
