Anexo training pitch undergoes winter turf replacement; The Power Horse Stadium, in mid-november
The UD Almería first team will train and play on the main field until the 'break' for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the 'B' team will move to the 'Tito Pedro' ground.
The company Royalverd, which takes care of the lawn maintenance of the different football pitches that the UD Almería sides use to play and train, has begun to replace the summer grass (Bermuda) with the winter one (Ryegrass).
This reseeding has already begun on the Anexo training ground and will last approximately one month. This circumstance will make the senior Rojiblancos carry out all their training sessions, in addition to the official games that remain to be played until the break for the Qatar World Cup 2022 starts, in the Power Horse Stadium, at the same time as the 'B' team, while they use the Anexo for their LaLiga Santander matches, will have to move as from this coming weekend to the 'Tito Pedro' ground.
Once the Anexo training base is prepared, turf replacement will begin in the Power Horse Stadium in mid-November, and will no longer be able to be stepped on until the LaLiga kicks off again late December.
