UD Almería have completed the signing of Andrej Popović, with the 20-year-old Serbian centre-back becoming the Club's 8th addition ahead of the 2026/27 season.
A left-footed defender is 1.93m tall, Popović has signed a long-term deal until June 2032, underlining the Club's commitment to investing in young talent with significant potential.
The Serbia youth international joins the Rojiblancos after leaving Hellas Verona FC as a free agent. He moved to the Italian club in the 2024/25 season from FK Partizan Belgrade, where he developed through one of the country's most respected academies.
Popović is UD Almería's 8th signing of the summer transfer window, following the arrivals of Brian Cipenga, Jorge Pulido, Quim Junyent, Álex Sola, Léo Baptistão, Miguel de la Fuente and André Horta.
