Almost 15,000 supporters flocked to Juegos Mediterráneos

The keen fans continue to believe in their team as they flock to the Stadium before the last Matchday

Matchday 41 has certainly pulled in the crowds. The Juegos Mediterráneos Stadium was fully packed with the match against AD Alcorcón as virtual automatic promotion was at stake. In fact, there were almost 15,000 fans in the stands. A total of 14,759 supporters created a rocking atmosphere to support their team in their fight for promotion and broke a new record-attendance this 2021/22 season. However, the objective could not be achieved at home, although with one last fixture until the end of the championship, the Rojiblancos continue to depend on themselves as their destiny is in their own hands.

The UD Almería devoted fans are Rojiblancos through and through and continue believing in their team. Despite the bitter disappointment, the fans cheered on the team madly, sang their hearts out and chanted 'si se puede' (yes, we can) quite a few times with plenty of fervent hope.
