Almería Women set on beating Santa Teresa ‘B’ to stop reeling in the relegation zone

The Rojiblancas are to fulfil the postponed matchday-5 fixture at 5:00 p.m. (Spain Time) on Wednesday

The UD Almería Women are seeking to clinch a victory in Primera Nacional to climb out of the relegation zone. The Rojiblancas will be paying a visit to the Santa Teresa second team on Wednesday, 16 December at 5:00 p.m. (CET) to play the matchday-5 fixture that could not be fulfilled at the time because of Covid-19.

The girls from Almeria, who just had only one day for preparations after their clash against Málaga ‘B’, are fully aware of the importance of obtaining a positive result. In the event of a victory, Almeria will escape the foot of the table. Although, the Indalicas played one less game, they are embroiled in a relegation battle after three defeats suffered in a row in past fixtures. As a result, the footballers are ready to jump over any hurdle and overcome any obstacles.

The Almeria Women side set off for Badajoz (Extremadura) on Tuesday afternoon by coach, where they will spend the night before going to IDM El Vivero for some 90-minute league action.

Regarding Santa Teresa ‘B’, the next opponents rose into sixth position in group IV Primera Nacional after the last points taken.
