Almería Women ready to make the longest jump into safety

The rearranged match starts on Wednesday with kick-off time set at 5,30 p.m. (Spain time) so the Rojiblancas will catch up on the number of games, since it was postponed at the time due to Covid-19.

The Indálicas have their future in their hands. They need a positive result if they want to stay away from the automatic drop zone and therefore, rule out the possibility of being relegated since they occupy the tenth place not far from the bottom of the table.

In line with the above, the last victory over Cáceres Atlético ‘B’ has allowed the girls from Almeria to have a 3-point lead over their Wednesday’s rivals, so winning this game would place Almeria Women 6 points above automatic relegation slots and, at the same time, even the score of ninth-placed Sporting de Huelva.

UD Almería will have on this occasion one of the longest trips of the season. For this reason, the Rojiblancas travelling squad will begin their journey on Tuesday afternoon and spend the night near the place where the fixture will be played.
