Almería Women aiming to get back good vibes this Sunday

The girls from south-east coast will give their all to take points home vs. Granada Women ‘B’ after last weekend’s defeat to La Rambla

It is said that in football the best way to forget a defeat is to win again. And that is exactly what UD Almeria Women are aiming to do on Matchday 3 after losing to La Rambla. The girls from the Andalusian south-east coast are going into the game this Sunday (kick-off 12 noon- Spain Time) with the firm intention of getting back those good vibes against Granada Women ‘B’ at the Granada Youth Stadium.

The Indalicas and the Nazaries are on the same boat since both teams wrapped up a victory and lost once so far in Primera Nacional. As a result, it is expected to be a neck-to-neck match.

Head coach Agustín Sánchez will not announce the squad list in advance. Laura has to serve a one-game ban after being shown a red card last weekend, while Jessi and Pilar are still unable to be lined up due to bookings from last season.

Almería Women are looking forward to becoming the best version of themselves seen versus Olympia Las Rozas and against La Rambla until the moment in which the sending-off turned the game around. There are some Granada Women ‘B’ players who have played for the senior team in higher-league Liga Reto and who may be available for this encounter due to the situation that there is a break in the Second Division of women's football this weekend.
