Almería to close their third week of training after lockdown over coronavirus

The last training session of May will take place on Saturday morning at the Anexo. Players can recharge their batteries on Sunday before getting back to work on Monday

The UD Almería are finishing their third week of training after football practice was suspended in mid-March due to the coronavirus outbreak. Since the Rojiblancos returned to action back on 9th May, they have been making impressive progress in their preparation.

The fact of being able to exercise in groups of 14 players after the individual training phase followed by small-group training, has enabled the squad and coaching staff to turn their attention to put tactical drills into practice and prepare footballers for match scenarios so as to improve the team’s performance ahead of the forthcoming League resumption.

UD Almería took part in an another intense two-a-day training session; the players completed a number of fitness-based drills in the morning, whereas, the ball started to roll on the training ground in the evening.

A morning session has been scheduled for Saturday morning to round off their third week of training after lockdown due to coronavirus.
