Almería set to re-energise players and get back to winning ways

José Gomes has all his troops available with no crocked players and Petrović and Ramazani up for grabs again after completing a one-game ban.

Almería resumed training after having Monday off following a non-stop week with three fixtures. The players are clearly determined to turn the page, re-energise the team and get back to winning ways. The Rojiblancos succumbed to a couple of consecutive defeats last week, so now the footballers are looking to react and pick up three points at a time to keep on the lookout for automatic promotion to the top flight.

As usual, the first plan of the week has been a recovery training session for those starters at the Visit Mallorca Estadi, while the rest of their team-mates were exercising more intensely.

José Gomes will have no absences for the next league commitment given that Petrović and Ramazani have completed a one-game ban and there are no crocked players. Almeria ‘B’ keeper Curro Harillo, who joined the youth team in the last January transfer window, has been training together with the first team.

The Rojiblancos host CD Lugo on Saturday (kick-off 6.15 p.m. CET) at the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium and will be training in the mornings until Friday.
