Almeria round off their preparation with good vibes this week

Football tactics and shooting drills ahead of the next clash against Huesca

Almeria have completed the most important training of the week this Thursday inside the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium; every training session counts and every single one focuses on something specific. Traditionally, the one that takes place 48 hours before a match is the one that covers most concepts because it is usually a mixture of everything previously worked. The coaching staff headed by José María Gutiérrez influenced the strategy and had a dress rehearsal of what they are expecting to happen in the difficult scenario El Alcoraz. Not only have the Oscenses’ fans witnessed the greatness of their team over the past few months, they have provided their club with a home-field advantage that is hard to rival anywhere in the Second Division.

Another part of the training consisted of shooting drills that will allow the Almeria’s players to practise all aspects of finishing around the goal and gain confidence for Saturday's game.

The rojiblancos’ training sessions will come to an end on Friday after their last preparation in the morning (10.30 a.m.) at the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium. The team will set off on a journey. They will be flying charter in the afternoon. Destination: Huesca.
