Almería keep working hard aiming at making a difference in the friendlies during their pre-season training camp in Marbella. On the eighth day of training, the Rojiblancos worked on building up their strength and stamina for a more complete performance on the pitch. In addition, the squad focused on football practice with conditioning drills related to players’ tactical role to be put into practice this Wednesday in the third pre-season friendly. The match against the side who just gained promotion to Primera, Cadiz CF, is scheduled for 7.30 p.m. CET, at Marbella Football Center.
The squad took part in a very complete and intense evening training session since the players started to work out at the gym and right after headed to the pitch with more physical exercises and next with the ball and their head coach Jose Gomes issuing instructions to help them being more tactically savvy.
