Almería determined to redeem their most recent results with a win and restore their form

Active recovery for the starters in Las Palmas while the rest of their fellow team-mates worked more intensively before fixtures come thick and fast

Almería are back into the fold so as to train in a really hectic week with two back-to-back home games scheduled; against Cartagena (9:30 p.m. CEST) On Wednesday and secondly, versus Fuenlabrada (8:30 p.m. CEST) on Saturday.

Where there is a will, there is a way, so that the squad got their week started in training with the firm intention of redeeming themselves from recent losses and react in the championship. The Rojiblancos are determined to boost good vibes, achieve a victory again and start to get stronger on home turf after suffering three consecutive defeats.

Monday’s football practice consisted of an active recovery with all those starters who played in Las Palmas involved, whereas the rest of their fellow team-mates trained more intensively at the Anexo training pitch to restore their form, especially with fixtures coming thick and fast since there will also be a meeting to be played next Wednesday or Thursday.

Even though Lazo has started to exercise, the left-winger did not join his team-mates. Despite he is already kicking the ball and he seems to be in good spirits, the player remains a doubt for the next encounter. As for Appiah, the young right-winger continues to speed up his recovery after undergoing surgery following abdominal pain during the team’s pre-season in Marbella.

On Tuesday, Almería are getting back to work at the Anexo training ground, where the footballers will meet up again for some warm-up training the day after in the morning before hosting Cartagena for Wednesday’s matchday 7 Cartagena.
