Almería back to work on Sunday with full focus on Andalusian derby vs Malaga CF

The Rojiblancos play at La Rosaleda on Tuesday (kick-off 7:30 p.m. Spain Time) and will train at the ‘Mediterráneo’

Almería, filled with indignation over what happened in the game against CD Leganés, return to work this Sunday because LaLiga SmartBank continues with two more matches in the coming days. There is a trip to Malaga on Tuesday and three days later Rayo Vallecano visit the ‘Mediterraneo’.

The Rojiblancos train at 11 a.m. at the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium with full focus on the Andalusian derby at La Rosaleda pitch where they will try to clinch victory after three consecutive days without being able to win.

Head coach José Gomes could not count again on internationals Jorge Cuenca and Ramazani, who are away on international duty with Spain U21s and Belgium U21s, respectively.

All the other players are available for selection as there are no injuries or suspensions, although up to five players are one booking away from missing the next game: keeper Makaridze, Alex Centelles, Ivanildo, Morlanes and Juan Villar.

The Indalicos are back in training at the Anexo training base on Monday and on Tuesday, the Almeria travelling squad will hit the road towards Malaga city.
