Almería ‘B’ vs El Palo called off as some adversaries tested positive for coronavirus
The RFAF has reported the cases ahead of the third match for promotion to Segunda Division RFEF
The Andalusian Football Federation (RFAF) has informed UD Almería of the suspension of Sunday’s match between the Almeria second-team and ‘El Palo’ that was meant to take place at the Anexo Juegos Mediterraneos. The game has been suspended due to the fact that some players from the Malaga-based squad have tested positive forCovid-19.
The Academy youth team received the news while they were preparing themselves for an intense week within the mini-league for promotion to the Segunda Division RFEF. The Almeria youngsters visit Vélez on Wednesday (kick-off 6:00 p.m. CEST) and were supposed to host the Paleños on the weekend. Now, the Club is waiting to find out the rescheduled date to play the third match.
