Almería B to make league debut hosting ‘Mancha Real’ at the Anexo ground on Sunday

The behind closed door game’s kick-off has been set for 12:00 noon after the agreement reached between ‘Patronato’ and the club

UD Almería B begin the 2020/21 season by hosting Atlético Mancha Real at the Anexo training ground of the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium. The game’s kick-off has been set for 12:00 noon on Sunday, 18th October. The meeting will take place behind closed doors after the agreement reached between the club and Patronato (City Sports Council) due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has triggered off the adoption of a series of preventive measures against Covid-19 in sports facilities.

Meanwhile, the homegrown players have resumed training at the Vega de Acá training pitch after enjoying two days off. The team led by Fernando Santos, ‘Nandinho’, face a tough challenge early on, since their first adversaries have reinforced their squad considerably with experienced players in this football division. In addition, the Rojiblancos are utterly determined to get the league started with the firm intention of occupying the top spots of the table.
