Almería ‘B’ Manu Pedre taken by ambulance to the hospital
Despite his facial injury, the youngster was conscious at all times. He remains under observation
UD Almeria ‘B’ player Manu Pedre had to be taken by ambulance to the Mediterraneo Hospital in Almeria city after picking up a facial injury during the game. The young player was examined on the pitch by Club's medical member Jesús Dueñas, who assessed the injury and decided to get him to the hospital for further analysis.
The player was conscious at all times, but he remains under observation as a precaution. UD Almería ‘B’ team coordinator Agustín Sánchez kept him company on the way to the hospital. Likewise, co-captain Javi Robles paid his team-mate a visit to check on him and express the team’s support.
